（他動詞）〜と思う，〜と考える
- I think (that) he will come. 私は彼が来ると思います。
- この文の that は接続詞で，省略されることが多い。
【注意】
「〜でないと思う」には次の２つの言い方がある。
- I don't think (that) he will come. 私は彼が来ないと思います。
- 「私は彼が来るとは思いません。＝私は彼が来ないと思います。」の意味になる。
- I think (that) he will not come. 私は彼が来ないと思います。
he will not come というと彼について決めつけるような感じがするため，自分の考えを否定する I don't think (that) he will come. の方がふつうの言い方になっている。

- Let me think. 考えさせてください。
- What did you think of her? あなたは彼女のことをどう思いましたか。
- think of 〜 「〜について考える」
